Support and general enquiries

[email protected] — questions about your account, your plan, a payment, a refund, or anything that is not working. We answer within one business day, usually sooner.

Privacy and data requests

Reporting abuse

[email protected] — a chatbot built on Sofa.st that breaks our Acceptable Use Policy. Include the address of the site the widget is on.

Security

[email protected] — if you have found a vulnerability, tell us before you tell anyone else and we will work with you on it.

Billing

Payments are handled by Polar, our merchant of record, which is who appears on your card statement. Invoices, payment methods, plan changes and cancellation are all in the billing portal linked from your dashboard. If something there does not add up, write to support and we will sort it out.
